Guys this no-kill animal shelter in Illinois, USA is going to be shut down unless the raise $5,000 by August 1st which is in 3 days. They have raised $3,320 so far but are still not at their goal. i’m sorta just maintaining my weight atm and not dieting!
well first you gotta begin with what your body shape is. are you an apple shape, pear, banana, hourglass, inverted triangle? measure yourself and evaluate what areas on your body gain the most weight. me, for example, am probably a pear because my legs are big, my thighs are thick, and i can tell if i gained or lost weight by trying on my pants. when i started losing weight, my pants especially became looser because you lose the fat off where you gain the most the fastest (unfortunately, belly fat usually goes last….. i’m still struggling with that). when you measure your waist, bust, and hips it will really determine what shape you are and will also help you figure out what areas you’d like to tone and work on. it can also help you find certain exercises that will help you work those areas (also remember that you can’t lose fat in one area, once you begin losing weight you lose it everywhere!) after you figure out what shape you are, begin to imagine yourself a healthier you and don’t focus on a specific number you’d like to see on the scale. it’s a fact that people who focus on how many pounds they’ve lost become obsessed with their weight and will fall into dangerous eating disorders and excessive exercise which will drain your body. instead, have a shape you’d like to aim for. i wanted to work on my legs, lose an inch or two of my waist, and tone my arms, i sorta wanted to have jennifer lawrence’s body but it didnt work out well bc i’m not exactly shaped like her lmao. so instead of counting how many dress sizes you lost, focus on how good you feel after dropping some pounds. i felt AMAZIN after losing 10 pounds! the first 10-20 pounds (depending your size) will be easy as hell and you’ll be done in no time!

remember to drink loads of water, eats lots of yogurt, get 1200-1500 calories a day, don’t skip a meal, and DONT lose weight if you DONT need to!!!!! make sure to lose it healthily babe!!
